The Upknowledge Capability Assessment Service allows you to perform measurements on technical competence in your organization.

We work with a variety of tools, including on-line tests and interviews as well as post-processing tools for input data gathered by your in-house systems. Our own technology competence allows us to create meaningful tests and identify significant results.

The service is normally used to provide key input for the Upknowledge Requirements Analysis Service and to verify the effectiveness of a learning solution.
