Locations
Currently scheduled courses are arranged in Upknowledge premises in Helsinki, Finland.
Course enrollment
To enroll, please send an email to courses@upknowledge.com. You will receive a confirmation email with details on the course.
Payment
The course will be invoiced to your company after the course. Our standard terms of payment are 14 days net. Prices are VAT0%.
Enrollment cancellation
You can cancel your enrollment free of charge up to 7 working days before the scheduled course. After this, the course will be charged. Another person from your company can take your place free of charge.
Course cancellation
We may need to cancel a course due to a low number of participants. We will contact you about the cancellation personally at least 7 days before the course. Upknowledge can not take responsibility for any costs incurred to you due to the cancellation.
Course schedule
Our full-day courses run from 9 am to 4 pm. Depending on course type, there are 1-3 breaks both in the morning and afternoon.
Course materials
You will receive your course materials in printed form at the course venue. The course material is normally an A4 sized ring binder.
Certificate
You will receive a printed certificate of participation after the course.
